Amendments of the By Laws Ratified
We are pleased to announce that the members of FACCSD have unanimously passed the Amendments of the By Laws during the general membership meeting held on December 19, 2007 at Sushi On A Roll, 1620 National City Avenue, San Diego. The ratification process was conducted by the Committee Chairman of the Constitution & By Laws, Willie Racelis and Secretary Bei Villareal. The meeting was presided by Myrna Reyes and the CBL committee of 2006-07 headed by Willie Racelis, Santi Silverio, Cielo Foth, Edna Concepcion, Ditas Yamane and immediate past president Debbie Discar Espe.
The ratification was held in conjunction with the celebration of the "FACC Holiday Business Mixer" chaired by Kay Gadi Carreon & Susan Delos Santos as well as members Albert Halili, Nedy Lao, Ellen Sexsion, Normita Atangan, Veronica Papa and Kathleen Sanding. We were delighted by the presence of Atty. Robert De Piano along with Olympian Athlete, Diane Pascua of the Womens Volleyball team for the Republic of the Philippines, Mitz Lee, and Steve Francis. Entertainment was provided by the Children's Choir of the Mejia Music and Arts. We are grateful to our major corporate sponsor, Evelyn Constantino of Union Bank of California, Attorney Robert De Piano, Attorney Carina Castaneda, and Mr. Tony Olaes, who was also the special guest speaker.
